1. MDS / BDS Dental Clinical Doctor to Junior Doctor Payment

  • Service Fee: Standard consultation payment.
  • Hourly Fee: Charges are applied on an hourly basis for consultation services.
  • Notes: App charges are separate from the service fee.

  • Procedure Assistance Fee: Charges for providing patient treatment or performing surgical procedures. Fees are determined based on the type and extent of the procedure and are settled directly between doctors. The app does not influence or control these charges.
  • Service Charge (optional): An additional fee that may apply for extended or collaborative professional services between doctors.
  • Notes: Only the consultation fee is fixed per visit. All other charges vary depending on the nature and scope of the service provided.

7. All Dental Doctor to Chair Technician Payment

  • Consultation Fee: A standard fixed fee per visit for consultation services.
  • Procedure Assistance Fee: Charges for providing support or performing maintenance and repair of dental chairs and related equipment. Fees are determined based on the type and extent of the work performed and are settled directly between the doctor and the Chair Technician. The app does not influence or control these charges.
  • Service Charge (optional): An additional fee that may apply for extended or collaborative services between doctors and Chair Technicians.
  • Notes: Only the consultation fee is fixed per visit. All other charges vary depending on the nature and scope of the service provided.

8. GST
GST will be applicable for all payments.
9. Free Credit
Free credit must be used within 2 months. Unused credit will automatically expire.
10. Wallet
Users are requested to update their Decso Plus wallet once the free credit expires to ensure seamless booking operations.
11. Service Fee Charges for Single-Day and Multiple-Day Bookings
The payment listed above is applicable for a single day only. For multiple-day bookings, the service charges will be determined by the requesting doctor based on the duration and service requirements.
