III. REGISTRATION ON THE APP

Users are required to register on the App by providing your Personal Information like names, contact numbers, email ids, dates of birth and gender, and demographic information.

In addition to the aforesaid Personal Information, we also collect Information in relation to the areas of your specialization and year of registration. This is to identify the suitability of your specialization.

Users agree and acknowledge that the Information detailed above will be preserved on the App until the accomplishment of Services.

You also agree and acknowledge that we are not bound to delete Information from the App immediately on the said accomplishment. Delay may be caused due to technical and other unforeseen reasons.

You undertake to assume full responsibility for the safety of your accounts and passwords. You shall ensure that the same are not used in an unauthorized manner by any third party.

IV. MANNER OF COLLECTION OF USER INFORMATION

We obtain User Information from Users online during your registration on the App.

V. PURPOSES OF COLLECTION OF USER INFORMATION

We utilize User Information for the following purposes:

  • identification of areas of specialisations of Users;
  • effectual Communication with Users;
  • notifications to Users of new offers

VI. CONSENT OF USERS

Users hereby accord your consent for the collection, storage, use, and disclosure of Personal Information and/or Sensitive Personal Data by SESORA (Decsoplus) for the purposes stated in this Policy.
Users agree and acknowledge that the said Information is essential to enable smooth functioning of the Services provided through the Platform.

VII. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

Users warrant with SESORA (Decsoplus) that the User Information provided is genuine, accurate, complete, reliable and updated.

VIII. UPDATION OF INFORMATION

Users are at liberty to rectify, update or delete User Information while access to your accounts.
Users agree and acknowledge that SESORA (Decsoplus) reserves the right to confirm the genuineness of the User Information provided by Users in order to ensure the efficacy of Services provided through the Platform.

IX. DIVULGENCE OF USER INFORMATION

Users agree and acknowledge that our business associates may have access to User Information as a part of operation of business.

Users also agree and acknowledge that the members of SESORA (Decsoplus) will have a restricted access to User Information for the purpose of performing their duties.

Users further agree and acknowledge that we provide access to User Information to third party service providers who enable and smoothen use of the App.

X. LINKS TO THIRD PARY SITES

If you click on one of the links to third party websites on the App, you may be taken to websites we do not control. This Policy does not apply to the privacy practices of those websites. We are not responsible for these third-party sites.

Users also agree and acknowledge that we hold no liability for misappropriation of User Information on these links.

XI. OUR COVENANTS WITH USERS

  • We do not sell User Information.
  • We do not advertise User Information.
  • We do not use it for commercial purposes.

XII. PRIVACY OF INFORMATION

SESORA (Decsoplus) adopts all plausible measures to ensure the protection of Information shared by Users from loss, duplication, and use for unauthorised purposes and unwarranted disclosure. These include physical, technical and procedural safeguards. However, SESORA shall not be responsible for infringement of privacy as a result of incidents that are beyond our control like hacking, government regulations and low quality of devices of Users.

XIII. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Users assume the responsibility and risk for use of the Platform. User Information may be disclosed in manners not specified in this Policy inadvertently, and Users acknowledge the same. SESORA shall not be held liable for such inadvertent disclosure.

XIV. STORAGE OF INFORMATION

SESORA (Decsoplus) stores User Information so long as it is necessary for the purposes stated in this Policy. SESORA (Decsoplus) may, however, retain Information for a longer period if so required by any legal compliance.

8. DELETION OF ACCOUNT AND PERSONAL DATA

You can delete your account and personal data by emailing info@decsoplus.com. We will process your request within 7 working days. Deleting your account will result in loss of access to all Services. Please note that transaction data will be retained as required by law.
