Terms of Use

I. Introduction

We welcome you to the SESORA MEDSERVICE Platform ("the Platform"). The Platform facilitates provision of Dental services to all who are in need of the same. We help you share and get in touch with Specialized Professional Dentists, Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants and Technicians who provide high-quality Services in accordance with your requirements.

These Terms of Use, in conjunction with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, form an agreement in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder, as applicable, and amendments to these IT state. Only individuals who are qualified Professionals (Dentists, Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants, and Technicians) shall access and use the Platform.

II. Definitions

"App" means and refers to the DECSO PLUS App.

"SESORA" means and refers to SESORA MEDSERVICE.

"Terms and Conditions" mean and refer to these terms of use along with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

"Users" means and refers to Dentists, Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants, and Technicians who access and use the Platform.

"We/Us/Our" means and refers to SESORA (Decsoplus).

"You/Your" means and refers to Professional Dentists, Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants, and Technicians who access and use the Platform.

III. Access and Use of the App

Access and use of the App by Users implies your agreement with these Terms and Conditions and willingness to act in accordance with the same. You shall not access the App in the event of your not willing to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

IV. Registration on the App

Users shall obtain registration on the App by furnishing details stated in the Privacy Policy. Such information provided by Users will be protected by SESORA (Decsoplus) as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

User accounts are created on such registration. Accounts will be protected with passwords. Users shall be solely responsible for the protection of these passwords, and prevention of unauthorized access of accounts by third parties.

Users shall not pay any license amount at the time of registration on the App.

Appointments can be shared with specialized Professional Dentists, Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants, and Technicians through the Platform who are qualified to provide specialized Services.

V. Single User Accounts

Each User is entitled to have only one live account. In the event a user creates a new account on deletion of the old account, Multiple User accounts for the same User is prohibited.

VI. Nature of Rights Granted to Users

We provide non-exclusive and revocable rights to Users to access and use the App.

Users shall be solely responsible to ensure that use of the App is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Use of the Platform for illegal purposes is strictly prohibited.

VII. Confidentiality

Users agree and acknowledge that the App may contain information which is highly confidential, and you shall not make copies of the same.

Users shall not disclose any element of such confidential information to any third party without the prior written consent of SESORA (Decsoplus).

VIII. Intermediaries

We act only as an intermediary to facilitate provision of Services. We assume no responsibility for the quality of Services provided by Users and bookings of appointments.

IX. Dual Party Transactions

Users agree and understand that the transactions are only between the dentist and SESORA (Decsoplus) assumes no liability for the same, and will not be a party to any disputes difference arising out of the same. SESORA (Decsoplus) will not be obligated to settle disputes between Users.

X. Communication with Users

We shall communicate with Users through emails, calls, messages. You accord your consent to receive the same any time during business hours.

Users also agree and acknowledge that we will record phone calls made to phone numbers and email ids. Users agree and acknowledge that all phone calls shall be monitored for quality purposes.

XI. Disputes Between Users

We may, in our discretion, assist in resolving disputes among users, and bring the same to an amicable settlement. However, we are not bound to do so.

XII. Intellectual Property Rights

We reserve and have absolute ownership of all rights, titles and interests in the intellectual property rights in the App and all the underlying software, user interfaces, features, and content, the designs, themes, photographs, logos, trademarks, and metadata. Use of the Platform does not transfer to Users in the same. Users shall not make configurations or copying of the same without the prior written consent of SESORA (Decsoplus).

XIII. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify SESORA for any claims, actions, or demands resulting from your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

• Your violations of the law.
• Your violation of terms and conditions.
• Your actions in non-compliance with the applicable laws and regulations.

XIV. Supervision of Use of the App

Users agree and acknowledge that SESORA (Decsoplus) is entitled to supervise your use of the App.

XV. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Users agree and acknowledge that these Terms and Conditions are subject to periodic changes.

You shall keep yourself updated of the same, and SESORA is not bound to give prior information relative to these changes.

XVI. Assignment

The terms and conditions are binding on and shall accrue to benefit of transferor and transferee. However, the rights under the same cannot be transferred by SESORA (Decsoplus). Any such action initiated by users for assignment shall be void. However, SESORA (Decsoplus) is entitled to assign the same without restrictions.

XVII. Relationship

Users agree and acknowledge that your relationship with SESORA (Decsoplus) is on a principal-to-principal basis. You are not a legal representative, partner or agent of SESORA. The relationship is not any sort.

XVIII. Review and Feedback

Users are most welcome to provide reviews and feedback for the enhancement of Services.

Users agree and acknowledge that you shall search the Platform for instructions, and no update of Platform will occur.

Users also agree and acknowledge that Decsoplus is not bound to take any action based on your feedback.

XIX. Governing Laws and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes relative to the same will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.

XX. Other Terms

These Terms and Conditions contain the entire agreement between SESORA (Decsoplus) and Users in relation to the access and use of the Platform, and if any provisions of these are void, the remaining shall remain in full force and effect.

XXI. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions and any amendments. Your comments following the outlines agreement. These terms establish an agreement. If you do not agree to terms, comply, please do not use our services.
